What is an Inbody Body Scan?
An InBody body scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that gives a detailed snapshot of your body composition, beyond just body weight. In under a minute, it measures how your weight is distributed across muscle, body fat, and body water to help you better understand your starting point and track changes over time. Our friendly Inbody scan experts in store will then interpret this data and deliver the information to you in an easy-to-understand way, so you walk away with all the information required.
SCAN
What does it show?
- The scan provides insight into:
Skeletal muscle mass (how much lean muscle you carry) - Body fat mass and fat distribution
- Total body water and hydration status
- Segmental analysis (muscle and fat in arms, legs, and trunk)
- Basal metabolic rate (estimated energy needs at rest)
- Visceral fat level (fat stored around internal organs)
SCAN
Why is it useful?
Rather than focusing only on the scale, InBody helps you see meaningful changes in muscle and fat, supporting more informed nutrition, training, and lifestyle decisions. It’s especially helpful for tracking progress, setting realistic goals, and understanding how your body responds over time.
Results are best interpreted alongside your goals, lifestyle, and overall health and we’re here to help explain what your results mean for you.
we appreciate you 💛
