Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed, it begins moving through our system very quickly so we can ship it to you as soon as possible. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee being able to cancel, edit or update orders once they have been placed. Please reach out to customer support at support@bestbody.co immediately if you wish to modify your order and we will try our best to accomodate any requests.

If you no longer wish to keep your order once it arrives, you are welcome to return it within 30 days, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Can I change my delivery address?

We’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed, as your order details are sent straight to our warehouse for processing.

However, you may still be able to update the delivery address directly with the courier once your parcel has been dispatched through the tracking link provided.

Please note:

  • Address changes through the courier are not guaranteed
  • Services differ between couriers
  • If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Best Body cannot be held responsible for missing parcels, and we are not liable to refund or replace the order.
