I’ve Received the Wrong Item
We’re really sorry if you’ve received the wrong item or something different from what you ordered.
To help us sort this out quickly, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- The name of the item you were expecting
- A photo and name of the item you received
Once we have this information, we’ll organise the correct item to be sent or arrange another solution for you as soon as possible.
All claims for incorrect items must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
