Refunds/returns when using a discount code

If you return items purchased with a discount code, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Please note:

• Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.
• Discount codes cannot be used on e-gift cards.
• Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, and we are unable to apply a code to an order once payment has been processed. Be sure to enter your discount code before completing checkout.

Troubleshooting discount codes

If your code isn’t working, check the following:

• Are you logged in? Codes may be linked to your email address.
• Is your code valid? Some codes have expiry dates.
• Are there sale items in your basket? Discount codes usually cannot be used on sale items.
• Is the code entered correctly? Codes are case sensitive—double-check letters, numbers, and whether it’s a zero “0” or the letter “O.”
