How do I purchase a Best Body digital gift card?

You can purchase a digital gift card directly from our website. Digital gift cards are delivered via email with a unique gift card code, which you can forward to the recipient.

How long is a gift card valid for?

Our digital gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Do I have to use the full amount in one order?

No. Any unused balance will remain on your gift card for future purchases until the full amount has been spent.

Can I use a gift card during a sale or promotion?

Yes. Gift cards can be used as payment at any time, including during sales.

Can I split my payment between a gift card and another payment method?

Yes. You can use your gift card balance along with a credit/debit card to pay for your order. The gift card will be applied first, and any remaining balance can be paid with your chosen method.

Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?

No. Gift cards cannot have a discount applied to their purchase and are not discounted during sale periods. If your order includes other products, any discount will only apply to those items, not the gift card itself.

I placed an order using my gift card and want to make a return

Refunds from purchases made with a gift card will be returned first to the gift card. If you used a split payment, any remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Can I buy a gift card online for someone else?

Yes. Simply purchase the e-gift card using your own details and forward the confirmation email to the recipient. Keep the gift card code safe, as it will be required for returns or refunds.

Can I use my digital gift card in store?

Gift cards are only valid online.
