Most protein blends have very small amounts of WPI and very high amounts of WPC. The reason for this is because WPI’s are very expensive and WPC’s are far cheaper. Red Dragon havent spared any expense on this product. They had a goal to make the best whey blend on the market and they have certainly succeeded with the creation of Dragon Whey. The exact protein breakdown is as follows: 52% WPI, 31% WPC, 9% Casein, and 8% Whey Powder. The reason for the addition of the small amounts of Casein and Whey Powder is to further enhance satiety and to make the protein have a really smooth and silky texture.
