Dragon Whey by Red Dragon Nutritionals is a high-grade whey protein blend. Unlike many blends, it contains over 50% whey protein isolate (WPI). Most blends use small amounts of WPI and far more whey protein concentrate (WPC) because WPI is more expensive. Red Dragon aimed for a top-quality blend and used a higher proportion of WPI.

52% WPI, 31% WPC, 9% casein, 8% whey powder

The small amounts of casein and whey powder help you feel fuller for longer and give the shake a smooth, silky texture.
